“For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me.” Matthew 25
Earthquake Relief for Haiti
The tragedy of the earthquake in Haiti continues to become ever so clear to us with each passing day. The entire JPII School Community has responded with great charity and compassion. During the week of January 18 we held a special collection for the Haiti relief fund, which culminated in a prayer service and a pyjama day on Friday January 22.
A total of $800.00 was raised, which has been donated to the Red Cross.
